Immigrants arrested
Hey guys,
I understand your concerns about the arrest of illegal immigrants in Marshalltown. I want you to be assured that there is no refugee among them. I contacted refugees who work at that meat plant, and everyone told me they are safe. Actually, they are inviting other unemployed refugees to consider going to work at that plant. They say it was time for the Homeland Security to do that good job. The INS has cleared the way to jobless refugees to get employed. Also that company will start paying them appropriately since all the illegal workers, who accept low pays, have been kicked out.

understand your comments, dear Mutama, but you have to know that refugees always have unsolvable problems. It does not matter which country they are in. As for refugees in Iowa, I suggest that they use available legal resources at the local universities in order to counsel them how to live safely in America.
In London where I am, refugees have their advocates who intervene on their behalf every time they are in trouble. Isn't that great?

I congratulate the invitation of our brothers who are working in that meat plant. People like me and my wife who work these low-pay jobs have been undermined by the flux of illegal immigrants in job market. You wonder how a reasonable employer can pay me $5 an hour, knowing that I cannot afford to pay my rent, my car insurance and all my bills with that money. Everytime we complain, the employer says, if I don't want my job, he is going to give it to a Mexican. This was ridiculous,
Thanks to the INS, we can expect to get discent pay from those employers who have been using Mexicans to starve us.

It is good to arrest illegal immigrants, but we need the government to raise the minimum wage. $6 an hour is not helping african refugees who have big family like mine
